Résumé

This paper analyzes the impact of art therapy (AT) and fairy tale therapy (FTT) on the development of children and adolescents with psychosocial problems. AT provides emotional and social support by allowing the child to express their inner world through artistic materials and to create a “safe bridge” with the therapist. Fairy tale therapy, on the other hand, enhances children’s cognitive and emotional development through symbolic imagery, narrative structure, and psycholinguistic processes. Research shows that the combination of art therapy and fairy tale therapy increases the effectiveness of interventions in addressing children’s psychological problems. In particular, the use of national fairy tales in the Uzbek education system plays a vital role in shaping children’s spiritual world and developing their language and thinking abilities.
