Résumé

This article analyzes the role of native language lessons in developing speech and thinking of primary school students, effective methods and techniques for their development. The importance of innovative methods, interactive approaches and a system of didactic exercises in developing speech culture, logical thinking, expanding vocabulary and forming independent expression skills is highlighted.
