Résumé

This research explores the evolving role of middle powers in the global political arena, specifically focusing on how digital economic integration influences their geopolitical maneuvering. In an era dominated by the systemic rivalry between major powers, middle powers increasingly utilize digital infrastructure and technological sovereignty as tools for multi-vector diplomacy. Through a qualitative analysis of strategic frameworks, this paper examines how emerging economies leverage digital platforms to maintain strategic autonomy. The findings suggest that the intersection of technology and politics creates new avenues for middle powers to exert influence without formal alignment with traditional power blocs. The study concludes that for states like Uzbekistan, integrating digital economic policy with foreign strategy is essential for navigating the complexities of a multipolar world.
