This article analyzes the scientific-theoretical and practical aspects of food security amid global permacrisis conditions. It traces the paradigm shift from the traditional four-pillar model to a six-dimensional framework incorporating agency and sustainability. Drawing on SOFI 2024-2025 reports and the Global Hunger Index (GHI 2025), the article evaluates the global landscape and demonstrates the macroeconomic effectiveness of Uzbekistan's agro-clustering reforms, market intervention mechanisms, and the "Uzbekistan-2030" strategy.
