Résumé

This article is about the development of complex measures aimed at treating pregnant women with odontogenic inflammatory diseases. Odontogenic inflammations can harm not only the mother's body, but also the developing fetus. The development of diagnostic algorithms and new approaches to the treatment of inflammatory processes in the maxillofacial region in pregnant women remains very relevant, which became the basis for conducting this study. As a result of odontogenic inflammation, changes occur in the composition of the general blood, urine, amniotic fluid in the pregnant body. Identifying the pathogenic microflora and correctly selecting the necessary group of antibiotics increases the effectiveness of treatment.
