Résumé

This thesis analyzes the social and institutional efficiency of special economic zones based on international experience. The study highlights the role of SEZs in increasing employment, accelerating regional development, and improving the quality of management institutions. It also identifies institutional factors affecting efficiency and areas for their improvement.
