Résumé

This article examines the essence and functions of financial resources as a cornerstone for economic development, with a specific focus on the Republic of Uzbekistan. The objective of the study is to analyze the formation, distribution, and utilization of financial resources within the framework of Uzbekistan's "Uzbekistan – 2030" strategy. Using statistical data from 2022-2024, the paper analyzes the dynamics of the state budget, the sectoral distribution of funds, and the key challenges in financial resource management. The findings indicate a significant growth in Uzbekistan's financial potential, accompanied by a structural shift from centralized budgetary resources towards private sector and market-driven funds. The article concludes that to ensure sustainable economic growth, Uzbekistan must prioritize reducing the budget deficit, phasing out inefficient subsidies, and developing its financial market to attract greater private investment.
