The strategic placement of industrial enterprises plays a crucial role in increasing economic productivity, reducing production costs, and ensuring sustainable regional development. This article examines the key efficiency indicators used to evaluate industrial location decisions, focusing on economic, ecological, infrastructural, and social factors. The findings highlight that the integration of modern analytical tools and regional policies can significantly improve location efficiency and long-term competitiveness.
