Résumé

This article discusses the paramount role of the Constitution in state governance, its significance in shaping the legal system, and its fundamental functions in regulating social life. It also analyzes the role of constitutional norms in ensuring citizens’ rights and freedoms, the importance of these norms in defining the activities of state institutions, and their impact on the development of a stable democratic society
