This article provides an in-depth analysis of the interrelationship between demand and supply, one of the fundamental categories of economics, and the market equilibrium formed through them. Based on the laws of demand and supply, the process of price formation and the behavior of consumers and producers in market conditions are examined. Furthermore, factors affecting market equilibrium—such as income levels, consumer tastes, production costs, technological changes, and government's economic policy—are analyzed. The article highlights the market's self-regulating mechanism and its role in sustainable economic development.
