Résumé

The article discusses modern approaches to diagnosing and treating childhood oncological diseases using the latest information technologies and artificial intelligence systems. It demonstrates how the use of machine learning, neural networks, big data analysis, and telemedicine helps improve diagnostic accuracy and treatment effectiveness. Particular attention is given to the ethical aspects of implementing digital technologies in pediatric oncology..
