Women play a critical role in driving innovation and economic growth. This study explores the main principles and directions of development in the innovative economy with a focus on the role of women. The research highlights the key aspects that facilitate women's participation in innovation, examines the challenges they face, and discusses policy recommendations to enhance their contribution to the innovative economy.
