The article analyzes the reforms implemented in the grain sector in Nishon district since 1991, the area under cultivation, productivity indicators, infrastructure and management improvements. Changes in this area are associated with territorial specialization, the focus of state policy on agriculture, and technological innovation. Divided into historical stages (1991-2005, 2006-2015, 2016-present), the achievements and problems of each period are considered.
