Abstract

In the conditions of New Uzbekistan, the system of vocational training is being constantly improved, taking into account the existing demand and needs for professional qualifications of employees in enterprises. In particular, “in our country, first of all, consistent efforts are being made to increase the welfare of the population, especially the youth, by creating new jobs and actively supporting entrepreneurship initiatives. At the same time, addressing the tasks in this area has led to the necessity of creating an effective system for training highly qualified specialists, taking into account the needs of the labor market, including the large enterprises and clusters being established in the regions
