Abstract

Customer behavior in tourism and hospitality involves understanding the decision-making process, motivations, and actions of consumers when choosing and using products and services. It is influenced by personal, psychological, social, economic, and technological factors, and businesses study it to attract and retain customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and experiences.
