The effectiveness of investigating robbery crimes is closely linked, first and foremost, to the timely and accurate detection of these crimes, as well as to a comprehensive, complete, and impartial study of the circumstances that need to be proven. The authenticity of evidence in the investigation process and the precise determination of the motives and conditions for committing the crime ensure the effectiveness of the investigation and create the foundation for making a fair decision
