Abstract

The article examines the concept of the credit sector, its structural elements, economic and legal nature, as well as the theoretical and legal foundations of ensuring the rule of law in credit relations. Particular attention is paid to the legal regulation of banks and non-bank credit organizations, protection of financial consumers, credit information, security of obligations, digital lending and legal liability of participants in credit relations.
