Abstract

This article provides a theoretical and practical analysis of the legal relationship between damage and fault in civil liability. It also systematically examines the concepts of pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, loss of profit, and the presumption of fault, while conducting a comparative legal analysis of the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Russian Federation, and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
