Abstract

This article analyzes the constitutional foundations of youth policy and the social protection system in the Republic of Uzbekistan, along with the practical measures implemented by the state. It highlights key priorities enshrined in the Constitution, including commitment to human rights and freedoms, the principles of a social state, and the guarantee of citizens’ decent living standards. The study also examines the effectiveness of mechanisms aimed at increasing youth employment, promoting entrepreneurship, improving vocational education, and strengthening social support systems. In addition, it explores the essence of reforms implemented within the framework of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy, which are designed to enhance youth potential and expand their active participation in society..
