TRANSFORMATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION: CREATIVE PEDAGOGY, DIGITAL SYSTEM, AND INVESTMENT
Abstract
This thesis highlights the issues of radical transformation of the higher education system within the framework of the Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan. It analyzes the problems of student passivity and grade-oriented mindsets in traditional education, emphasizing the role of creative pedagogy, motivation, and communicative approaches in overcoming them. Furthermore, the paper outlines the new requirements imposed on modern university leaders and educators, including IT literacy (HEMIS system), foreign language proficiency, adaptability, and the effective use of technological resources. The study concludes by emphasizing the significance of financial investments in science and education as the cornerstone of a bright future.
