Abstract

Group work has become an essential component of modern education as it prepares learners for real-world collaboration and professional environments. This paper explores the merits of group projects for learners, including the development of communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. It also highlights the academic and social value of teamwork and discusses challenges that can arise during collaboration. The findings suggest that, when effectively managed, group work significantly enhances students’ learning experiences and personal growth.
