Abstract

In the context of globalization, digital transformation, and increasing market uncertainty, enterprises are compelled to adopt more adaptive and integrated management approaches. Convergent strategic management emerges as a modern paradigm that integrates diverse managerial tools, technologies, and organizational capabilities into a unified system. This paper explores the conceptual foundations of convergent strategic management, identifies key factors affecting its efficiency, and proposes methodological approaches for its improvement. The study argues that convergence—across digital technologies, human capital, organizational structures, and strategic goals—enhances decision-making quality, resource utilization, and long-term competitiveness of enterprises.
