Abstract

Modern hepatology has undergone a fundamental paradigm shift: fatty liver disease is no longer classified as an isolated pathology but is recognized as the hepatic manifestation of systemic metabolic dysfunction. In urban environments, such as Tashkent, the phenomenon of "metabolic noise"—a combination of hypercaloric diets and physical inactivity—triggers triglyceride accumulation in hepatocytes long before clinical symptoms manifest.
