Abstract

This article discusses the ecological and strategic significance of the oak tree in the ecosystem, as well as the technological stages of its seed propagation and the cultivation of healthy seedlings. The author provides a detailed analysis of the timing for seed (acorn) collection, the flotation method for sorting them, and the criteria for selecting high-quality seedlings. Furthermore, the role of pre-planting technical measures, such as root system hydration, "mud slurry" preparation, and sanitary pruning, in increasing seedling survival rates is highlighted.
