Abstract

Small business and entrepreneurship act as crucial drivers of socio-economic development, ensuring economic flexibility, the formation of a competitive environment, and employment growth. In conditions of high uncertainty and limited financial, human, and time resources, the management style—which determines the efficiency of small enterprises—acquires particular significance. This article examines the main management styles applied in small business: authoritarian, democratic, and liberal. The aim of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the features of these styles and an assessment of their influence on the results of entrepreneurial activity.
