ANALYSIS OF CURRENT MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMS IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS (PROBLEMS, ASSESSMENTS)

This article analyzes current management training programs in educational institutions, examines existing challenges, and evaluates their effectiveness. Particular attention is paid to updating educational programs in response to changes in legislation, labor market needs, and the social environment. Successful examples and recommendations for improving management training systems are also discussed.
