This article examines the importance of using modern information technologies in studying the contemporary history of Uzbekistan. It analyzes how the application of digital resources, multimedia tools, electronic textbooks, online platforms, and interactive technologies in the educational process enhances the effectiveness of teaching history. The article also highlights the role of information technologies in developing students’ independent thinking, analytical skills, and understanding of historical processes. The study aims to improve the teaching of history in accordance with modern educational requirements.
