Abstract

The professional training of future teachers increasingly emphasizes emotional and interpersonal competencies, with empathy being crucial for effective pedagogical interaction and inclusive education. This article analyzes modern strategies for developing empathic qualities in pre-service teachers and proposes ways to improve pedagogical technologies within higher education institutions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The study synthesizes pedagogical and psychological research and considers regional educational conditions. The findings indicate that systematic integration of these approaches enhances empathy development, contributing to the holistic professional formation of teachers and sustainable educational development..
