Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is increasingly transforming how people work, create, and exchange ideas within organizations. Generative technologies, including large language models and image-creation systems, can enhance the originality and quality of employees’ work. At the same time, these tools may lead to more uniform outcomes, raise questions about authorship, and influence individual motivation. The impact of AI on creativity varies depending on employees’ skills, the nature of their tasks, and the culture of the organization. This paper reviews current research on AI-supported creativity, incorporates examples from Uzbekistan, and identifies key risks, research gaps, and directions for future investigation.
