Mazkur maqolada Axborotlashgan jamiyatning shakllanishi bilan bir qatorda yangi xavf manbalari ham yuzaga chiqib kelayotganligi tahlil qilinadi. Xususan, axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalari orqali tarqalayotgan manipulyativ ta’sirlarning yoshlar qadriyatlari, ma’naviy barqarorligi va ijtimoiy identitetiga salbiy ta’siri ko‘rsatiladi. Maqolada xalqaro ilmiy yondashuvlar hamda milliy ma’naviy-axloqiy texnologiyalar asosida bu tahdidlarga qarshi kurash strategiyalari bayon etilgan. Tadqiqot yoshlarda tanqidiy fikrlash, axborot savodxonligi va madaniy identitetni mustahkamlash orqali axborot tahdidlariga qarshi mafkuraviy immunitetni shakllantirish g‘oyasi ilgari suriladi. Bu jarayon axborot xavfsizligini nafaqat texnik, balki falsafiy-ma’naviy masala sifatida ko‘rishga zamin yaratadi.
