This article analyzes the role of individual (sole proprietorship) entrepreneurship and retail trade networks in the economic development of Navoiy region and their impact on the formation of market demand. The study examines the interrelationship between the consumer market, the competitive environment, and local entrepreneurship, using the "Yangi Hayot" hypermarket and the "Korzinka" retail chain as case studies. Factors influencing market demand—such as population income, pricing policies, product quality, seasonality, and advertising activities—are illustrated with practical examples. The results indicate that in recent years, an increase in the number of individual entrepreneurship entities and an expansion in the volume of retail trade services in the region have led to a rise in market demand. Concurrently, challenges in infrastructure and logistics systems, as well as constraints in price formation, are analyzed, and proposals for their resolution are put forward. The article evaluates the coordination of market mechanisms, entrepreneurial initiatives, and public-private partnerships as a crucial factor in ensuring local economic stability.
