This article examines the urgent pedagogical issue of preparing future primary school teachers for organizing educational processes based on the “4K” model in modern education. The study focuses on the competence-based approach as a key methodological framework in contemporary pedagogy. It analyzes the theoretical foundations of the concept of competence and its interpretation in both international and national scientific literature.
