This article examines the role of strategic management in the education system as a fundamental mechanism for ensuring institutional effectiveness, sustainability, and quality improvement. Furthermore, it highlights the importance of evidence-based decision-making and adaptive governance in responding to rapid technological, social, and economic changes. The findings suggest that strategic management enhances institutional coherence, accountability, and innovation while aligning educational practices with national development priorities.
