This thesis explores the clinical characteristics of osteoarthritis associated with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD). UCTD is an inherited disorder marked by primary abnormalities in collagen structure, leading to weakened connective tissues, increased joint hypermobility, and early-onset degenerative skeletal changes. The paper highlights key features of osteoarthritis developing on the background of UCTD, including its early manifestation, polyarticular involvement, predominance in females, and accelerated progression. Additionally, diagnostic challenges and current therapeutic approaches are reviewed to emphasize the importance of timely recognition and individualized management in this patient population.ย
