Cardiorenal syndrome (CRS) is a complex clinical condition in which bidirectional pathophysiological interactions between the heart and kidneys cause functional impairment of one organ due to dysfunction of the other. CRS associated with chronic heart failure (CHF) is characterized by poor prognosis, frequent hospitalizations, and increased mortality. This thesis analyzes key mechanisms and modern treatment approaches for CRS related to CHF
