Structural rhinoplasty is an effective method for correcting secondary nasal deformity in patients with cleft lip. The technique allows the restoration of nasal shape, symmetry, and functional integrity by reinforcing and stabilizing the cartilaginous framework. This study evaluated the outcomes of applying this technique in patients with post‑cleft nasal deformities. A significant improvement in aesthetic parameters and nasal breathing function was observed, confirming the effectiveness of structural rhinoplasty as a reliable reconstructive method
