Pediatric nephropathies continue to contribute significantly to long-term morbidity, growth disturbances, and progression to chronic kidney disease (CKD) in children. Early identification through structured screening programs and targeted preventive strategies plays a decisive role in mitigating renal damage before irreversible injury develops. This thesis reviews existing screening modalities, evaluates their diagnostic performance, and analyzes the effectiveness of preventive interventions such as early risk stratification, infection control, metabolic management, and public health–based screening initiatives.
