SPECIFIC FEATURES OF TRAINING FUTURE SPECIALISTS BASED ON NATIONAL AND SPIRITUAL VALUES

This article explores the specific features of training future specialists based on national and spiritual values within contemporary educational systems. It examines how the integration of cultural heritage, ethical principles, and spiritual traditions contributes to the holistic formation of professional competence. Drawing upon the ideas of prominent Eastern thinkers such as Al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, Confucius, and Rabindranath Tagore, the study highlights the relationship between moral education, professional responsibility, and social harmony. The article argues that national and spiritual values serve not only as cultural markers but also as methodological foundations for shaping responsible, ethically grounded, and socially oriented specialists. Special attention is given to the role of higher education institutions in fostering patriotism, civic consciousness, intercultural dialogue, and moral integrity. The research concludes that the synthesis of professional training with national traditions and spiritual ideals enhances both personal development and the sustainable progress of society.
