This thesis analyzes the organizational and legal mechanisms ensuring the protection of labor rights of diplomatic employees of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It explores the existing system within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA), focusing on internal legal control, renewal of labor regulations, and the introduction of electronic monitoring systems. Using a comparative and analytical legal approach, the study identifies institutional weaknesses in the labor protection system and provides recommendations to align national practice with international labor standards..
