Human history and science have proven that people's personal and social consciousness was formed mainly under the influence of external, material factors and conditions. The modern state has demonstrated that it must properly regulate the surrounding conditions so that individuals can feel and express themselves not as builders of the world, but as creators of others' well-being, as emotional, creative, individual beings.
