TECHNOLOGY OF USING VISUAL AIDS AND HANDOUT MATERIALS IN CHEMISTRY LESSONS

This article examines the pedagogical technology of using visual aids and handout materials in chemistry lessons. The effective integration of diagrams, charts, tables, models, and structured handout materials contributes to the clear understanding of complex and abstract chemical concepts. The study highlights the role of visual and handout-based instructional tools in enhancing students’ cognitive activity, independent learning, and problem-solving skills. Particular attention is paid to the balanced and purposeful use of these materials to avoid monotony and learner disengagement. The article also emphasizes the importance of combining traditional teaching methods with modern information and communication technologies to improve lesson effectiveness and align chemistry education with contemporary educational requirements.
