Résumé

This article explores ways to improve the development of historical and cultural tourism services at the regional level, drawing on symbiosis theory, digital technologies, and principles of sustainable development. It highlights the importance of balancing cultural heritage preservation with tourism growth and shows that stronger cooperation between local authorities, tourism businesses, and communities, along with digital preservation and authentic cultural products, can significantly boost regional competitiveness. The study also emphasizes that historical heritage is not only a tool for attracting tourists but a key foundation of national identity and socio-economic development.
