This article systematically analyzes the socio-economic and institutional factors affecting the development of entrepreneurship and handicraft activities in the makhallas of Fergana region. The study assesses regional employment, use of financial resources, infrastructure, state support mechanisms, and the role of local government institutions. As a result, comprehensive proposals and recommendations are developed to accelerate regional development.
