Résumé

This study focuses on the development and pilot testing of a model for designing language educational programs within the supplementary education (SE) system. The relevance stems from the growing need to develop specialized linguistic competencies demanded in the context of digitalization and globalization. The proposed model is based on the competency-based approach and modular structure, implemented through a blended learning format that ensures the personalization of educational trajectories. Pilot testing at Bucheon University in Tashkent demonstrated that applying the hybrid model increased academic performance by 15% and enhanced learner motivation compared to traditional methods. The findings confirm the high efficiency of the model in improving graduates’ competitiveness.
