This article analyzes the innovative teaching methods used in the professional activity of the modern pedagogue, their theoretical foundations, and practical effectiveness. In the context of globalization and digital transformation, the primary task of the education system is to develop competitive, independent-thinking, and creative individuals. From this perspective, interactive methods, problem-based learning, project-based learning, the use of information and communication technologies, and the competency-based approach are of particular importance. The scientific and methodological foundations of modern pedagogical approaches are examined, particularly in connection with the views of John Dewey, Lev Vygotsky, and Benjamin Bloom. The article also highlights the impact of digital platforms and innovative technologies on the quality and effectiveness of education. Research findings indicate that the systematic use of modern methods plays a significant role in developing students’ motivation, independent thinking, and practical skills. The article provides both theoretical insights and practical recommendations for educators seeking to enhance teaching effectiveness in contemporary educational environments.
