THE PEDAGOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF USING RHYTHMIC MOVEMENTS IN MUSIC LESSONS FOR PRIMARY GRADES IN DEVELOPING VOCAL PERFORMANCE SKILLS

This article scientifically, theoretically, and practically analyzes the pedagogical significance of using rhythmic movements in music culture lessons in primary grades for the development of vocal performance skills. In the course of the research, the impact of rhythmic movements on students’ musical perception, sense of rhythm, breath control, intonational accuracy, and activity in song performance was examined. According to the results of experimental and trial work, music lessons organized on the basis of rhythmic movements demonstrated high effectiveness in forming and developing vocal skills in primary school students. The article reveals the methodological possibilities of using rhythmic activities and provides scientific and practical recommendations for their implementation in music education practice.
