METHODOLOGICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF USING AI ELEMENTS IN ROBOTICS LESSONS
Abstract
This article examines the methodological effectiveness of using elements of artificial intelligence (AI) in robotics lessons. The integration of AI technologies into robotics education creates opportunities for developing students’ algorithmic thinking, computational thinking, problem-solving, creativity, engineering skills, and digital competencies. The study focuses on the methodological approaches and pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective implementation of AI elements in the educational process. In particular, the use of intelligent control systems, machine learning algorithms, computer vision, voice recognition, and autonomous robotic platforms in robotics lessons is analyzed. The article emphasizes the importance of project-based learning, problem-based learning, inquiry-based learning, and STEM-oriented approaches in organizing AI-integrated robotics education. The findings demonstrate that the systematic use of AI elements increases students’ interest in robotics, promotes active participation in the learning process, and contributes to the development of practical and analytical skills. Furthermore, the integration of AI into robotics lessons enhances students’ ability to design, program, test, and improve intelligent robotic systems. The article concludes that the methodically sound integration of artificial intelligence into robotics education is an effective means of improving the quality of technology education and preparing students for the demands of the modern digital and technological environment.
