THE STATE OF THE EDUCATIONAL WORK SYSTEM AT FERGANA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND ISSUES OF ITS IMPROVEMENT

Abstract

This article analyzes the current state of the educational work system at Fergana Polytechnic Institute and examines the key issues related to its improvement. The study highlights the importance of spiritual, moral, and civic education in the process of training competitive specialists for the industrial sector. It also explores modern approaches, innovative methods, and effective mechanisms for organizing educational activities in higher education institutions. Particular attention is paid to the integration of national values and universal principles in shaping students’ personal and professional competencies. The article proposes practical recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness of educational work in the context of contemporary educational reforms.
